iOS App Privacy

The 5 Letter Words iOS app is designed to work without an account and without sending dictionary searches to our servers.

The app does not collect personal data from the native app, does not track users, and does not include third-party advertising, analytics, or crash reporting SDKs in the current release.

The app stores the following information locally on your device:

• favorite words
• recent words and recent searches
• saved word lists and saved searches
• issue-report drafts you create inside the app
• appearance and haptic preferences

This local data is stored on your device and is not transmitted to 5 Letter Words. You can clear recent searches in the app. You can also remove the app from your device to remove local app data managed by iOS.

Dictionary search, Wordle-style clue filtering, unscramble results, and word-list browsing run against bundled word data on your device. The app does not require a login, subscription, or in-app purchase.

External Links And Email

Some actions may leave the app:

• External dictionary lookup opens your browser.
• Contact Support opens your email client.

When you use your browser, email provider, or another external service, that service may process information under its own privacy policy. 5 Letter Words does not control those external services.

Website Privacy
